COSMIC ENERGY SESSION

This session type is guided by your spirit guides, your higher self, and mine to offer you a unique blend of energy healing to aid you in shedding anything that prevents you from being your most authentic self and from continuing to evolve. 

Sometimes this means focusing on your physical body. Sometimes this means working on your energy centers and auric field. Sometimes this means channeling galactic energy from your highest self to help you awaken and remember a new level of truth. Sometimes these sessions activate a new layer of healing and sometimes they feel like pure serenity and surrender—it's all about where you are in your journey and what serves you best.

COSMIC PSYCHIC SESSION

In this session I connect with the spirit world to relay messages from your spirit guides, angels, loved ones,  and galactic allies. I also  tap into your personal energies to provide guidance and insights to help you integrate and find your best foot forward. These sessions often include some light energy work, Tarot, and Oracle draws, depending on what comes through and what your preferences are out of the session.

These sessions are tailored to meet you where you are in life, to help shine a light on what else is possible, and what opportunities for growth are at your doorstep. I create a sacred space for you to heal in a variety of ways, often by offering you a window and portal to free yourself from what has previously kept you stuck in the ideas and experiences that you do not prefer.  These rewarding sessions are invigorating, validating, and expand our awareness of what else is possible.

ACCESS CONSCIOUSNESS BARS SESSION

WHAT IS ACCESS BARS®?

The Access Bars® is 32 points on the head (similar to meridian points) which, when activated, can help facilitate reduction in stress and trauma throughout the body, and increase positive attitudes toward life.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When lightly touched, the Bars points stimulate a positive neurological response inside the recipient. This appears to trigger the body’s natural ability to heal and facilitate the physiological changes required for greater wellbeing and feels like a gentle head message.

REIKI

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch to promote relation and well-being. It's based on the idea that the body's energy levels affect a person's health and that increasing energy can lead to a happier, healthier state. 

I use the Usui Reiki System am a Level II Practitioner.
